Ingredients

8 slices of thick sliced bread

8 slices of bacon cooked and drained

2 bannanas

Peanut butter

Marshmallows (optional)

2 eggs beaten

milk

vanilla

cinnamon

butter for frying

Directions

Place eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinamon in a bowl and whisk

make 4 sandwiches by putting peanut butter then the marshmallow,then a half bannana split and topped with 2 slices of bacon

dip each sandwich in the custard mixture like you are making french toast

Fry until golden on both sides

serve with a big glass of ice cold milk
