How to make it

  • Add your diced potatoes to your saucepan, then add enough water to cover the top of them.
  • Boil them for 10 minutes or until tender.
  • Leave one inch of water in your pan after draining.
  • Place back on the stove after truning it to low heat, then add you onion.
  • Cook until your onion is soft.
  • Mix in your butter beans, cream of celery soup and ham.
  • Add coriander and cumin to your likings.
  • Finish by letting it heat through for 5 to 10 minutes.
