- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 28 ounce can tomatoes undrained shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 teaspoons basil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 3 cups tri mixed pastas shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan heat oil and cook onion and garlic until tender but not brown.
- Stir in tomatoes with liquid, parsley, sugar, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook pasta until tender and drain.
- Toss pasta with sauce and place in a casserole dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and broil 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
