Universal Black Bean Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped

6 green onions, sliced

1red onion, diced

2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can diced tomatos (or 3 fresh chopped in season)

1-10 oz bag frozen white corn

3 avacadoes, diced (leave 1 pit in dish to keep from turning brown)

3 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

Mix together

Refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend
