How to make it

  • Peel tomatoes and cut into quarters.
  • Peel onions cut cross ways in thin slices then add to tomatoes.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and mix well then add to tomato mixture.
  • Start cooking and continue on medium heat.
  • Stir as it heats to break up onion slices.
  • As it heats taste and adjust with additional salt and peppers if desired.
  • Cook until onions seem tender and turn yellowish about 30 minutes.
  • Do not overcook then when mixture cools put into glass jars and seal and refrigerate.
