Gingery Buckwheat Noodle And Green Bean Salad

- 6 ounces firm tofu shopping list
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1 pound buckwheat noodles shopping list
- 6 ounces green beans trimmed and cut into 1" lengths shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds shopping list
- Asian Dressing: shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root shopping list
- 3/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the tofu and sprinkle slices with soy sauce then set aside.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a generous amount of salt.
- Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes then add the green beans and cook 5 minutes longer..
- Drain noodles and toss with the sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients then toss and serve.
- To make dressing combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well.
- Remove lid and heat jar in microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey.
