How to make it

  • Begin cooking the wild rice.
  • Chop onion and saute in oil in a large cast iron skillet
  • Prepare all veggies by cutting them into bite sized cubes.
  • Throw all the veggies into the skillet with the onions, stirring a bit so most of the onions are on top.
  • Add a half cup water and cover to steam on med-high heat.
  • About 15 min check to see if the veggies are soft. And make sure your rice is ok.
  • Once veggies are soft, add all the fresh dill and stir. Add a bunch of garlic powder if you want.
  • Crumble the feta all over the dish and then top with lots of cheddar and jack cheese.
  • Cover and let the heat melt the cheese.
  • Serve over wild rice with shoyu (soy sauce).
  • Its really good!
