Ingredients
  • 700g beef fillet, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tsp paprika
  • 60ml cream
  • 1/3 cup red wine

Directions
  1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan. Roll meat in the flour and fry it for approximately one minute on each side over high heat. Remove meat from the pan. Add rosemary, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, cream and red wine.
  2. Return the meat to the sauce and cook for further 5-10 minutes over low heat. Remove the rosemary.
  3. Serve with baked potatoes with cornmeal and warm bean salad.
