Beef Steak with Rosemary

- 700g beef fillet, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 4 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 sprig rosemary shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 Tsp paprika shopping list
- 60ml cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup red wine shopping list
How to make it
- Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan. Roll meat in the flour and fry it for approximately one minute on each side over high heat. Remove meat from the pan. Add rosemary, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, cream and red wine.
- Return the meat to the sauce and cook for further 5-10 minutes over low heat. Remove the rosemary.
- Serve with baked potatoes with cornmeal and warm bean salad.
