This salad is best made with garden fresh tomatoes. It is a perfect summer salad.

Ingredients
  • 4 good size garden ripe tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar, either cider or redwine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 lb crumbled blue cheese

Directions
  1. Cube tomatoes in to 1" pieces
  2. In a large bowl mix olive oil, minced garlic, vinegar, black peper
  3. Fold in cut tomatoes and crumbled blue cheese.
  4. Let set at room temp for 1 hour then enjoy
