How to make it

  • First you can add some butter to a pan on a medium flame.
  • Next you can add in your vegetables, stirring for a minute.
  • Next place the parchment paper over vegetables(this is sweating the veggies).
  • Cover with a lid and simmer until veggies are soft.
  • After you have removed the paper, add your chicken stock, letting this come to a soft boil.
  • Once the veggies are tender, place them in a processor and puree.
  • Once you are done pureeing the mixture, put back in pan and add cream.
  • Salt and pepper to your individual taste.
  • Once heated, you can serve.
