How to make it

  • Flatten chicken 1/8 inch place ham and cheese on breast and roll up tuck and secure w/toothpicks
  • combine flour, Parmesan, sage, paprika and pepper coat chicken cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • In large skillet brown chicken rolls in the oil over medium, transfer to slow cooker and combine soups, cover and cook for 4-5 hours

    I wonder if I could use pulverized pork rinds instead of the flour to reduce the carb count? This looks superb. Can't wait to give it a try. Thanks for the yummy post.
