Ingredients
  • 6 Chicken Breast skinless and boneless
  • 6 slices fully cooked ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Flatten chicken 1/8 inch place ham and cheese on breast and roll up tuck and secure w/toothpicks
  2. combine flour, Parmesan, sage, paprika and pepper coat chicken cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. In large skillet brown chicken rolls in the oil over medium, transfer to slow cooker and combine soups, cover and cook for 4-5 hours

I wonder if I could use pulverized pork rinds instead of the flour to reduce the carb count? This looks superb. Can't wait to give it a try. Thanks for the yummy post.
