How to make it

  • Heat the ghee .
  • Fry the onion and spices along with nuts , raisins and screwpine leaves until golden .
  • Add 4.5 C rice cups of water .
  • Check the salt .
  • Once bubble forms pon the sides , transfer to rice cooker along with the rice .
  • Switch to COOK position .
  • Once done , fluff it with a fork .
