Ghee Rice

- 3 rice Cups - basmati rice , pre soaked for 25 mins and drained shopping list
- 1 big onion , thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 stick cinnamom shopping list
- 3 cardamom , split shopping list
- 3 cloves shopping list
- 1 tbsp nuts and raisins shopping list
- 1 screwpine leaf , cut ( optional ) shopping list
- 3 tbsp ghee shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the ghee .
- Fry the onion and spices along with nuts , raisins and screwpine leaves until golden .
- Add 4.5 C rice cups of water .
- Check the salt .
- Once bubble forms pon the sides , transfer to rice cooker along with the rice .
- Switch to COOK position .
- Once done , fluff it with a fork .
