Ingredients
  • 3 rice Cups - basmati rice , pre soaked for 25 mins and drained
  • 1 big onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 stick cinnamom
  • 3 cardamom , split
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 tbsp nuts and raisins
  • 1 screwpine leaf , cut ( optional )
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • salt

Directions
  1. Heat the ghee .
  2. Fry the onion and spices along with nuts , raisins and screwpine leaves until golden .
  3. Add 4.5 C rice cups of water .
  4. Check the salt .
  5. Once bubble forms pon the sides , transfer to rice cooker along with the rice .
  6. Switch to COOK position .
  7. Once done , fluff it with a fork .
