How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine spinach, jack cheese, salsa, cream cheese, olives, evaporated milk, black olives, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium baking dish.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until bubbly.

    I made this recipe last night for friends and let me tell you, it was a HUGE hit and SO easy! The only thing I did different was use Coldby Monterey Jack Cheese. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
