Caesar Salad Dressing

Easy to make and wonderful over traditional salads or even in a good pasta salad. Truly yummy.
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves; minced shopping list
- 1/2 lemon; juice of shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise; low fat shopping list
- 3 tablespoons anchovy paste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; grated shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper; to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Puree all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Yield: 1 1/8 cups
