These are great sweet snack items. You're basically coating rice chex with chocolate and powdered sugar. They are a little messy to eat, but they are hard to stop eating. They also make a great gift.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 9 cups Corn Chex or Rice Chex
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions
  1. In a large sauce pan, melt together butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.
  2. Stir until all is evenly distributed and all is completely melted.
  3. Measure out chex into a large bowl.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over chex and fold until all the chex are completely covered in the chocolate mixture.
  5. Put powdered sugar into large paper or plastic bag.
  6. Put chex into the bag with the sugar and shake until all chex are covered.
  7. Add more sugar as needed.
  8. NOTE: Store in refrigerator. I think they're better refrigerated.
