Individual Mini-Meatloaves Recipe
This simple meatloaf recipe uses those miniature bread pans. As with any meatloaf, it goes great with a side of potatoes or pasta and a vegetable dish.

Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs. ground beef
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ Cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ Cup finely diced apple
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • ¼ tsp. rubbed SAGE
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Sauce:
  • * 1 Cup packed brown sugar
  • * 1 tsp. REGULAR MUSTARD POWDER
  • * 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced

Directions
  1. Mix the meatloaf mixture well and shape it into four loaves.
  2. Mix together the brown sugar and mustard powder, set aside.
  3. Place each loaf into a miniature, individual bread pan, or place each on a baking sheet that has sides (to catch the drippings as they bake).
  4. Place two apple slices on each meatloaf. Cover with the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
