Individual Mini-Meatloaves Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix the meatloaf mixture well and shape it into four loaves.
  • Mix together the brown sugar and mustard powder, set aside.
  • Place each loaf into a miniature, individual bread pan, or place each on a baking sheet that has sides (to catch the drippings as they bake).
  • Place two apple slices on each meatloaf. Cover with the brown sugar mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
