How to make it

  • into a pot heat the olive oil
  • Add the lamb and brown (salt and pepper)
  • When the lamb has brown add the onion and garlic and saute until the onion is translucent
  • Crush the tomatoes as you add them, add the juice
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients except one of the cups of chicken stock.
  • Simmered covered for at lest 30 minute, adding the reserved stock if the stew gets to thick.
  • Serve with corn bread or corn muffins.
