rocket, or more commonly called "roquette" or arrugula really compliments the mascarpone quite nicely

  • 1 bagel, toasted
  • 1 tsp mascarpone cheese
  • 2-3 slices of deli roast beef
  • 3-4 leaves of rocket, chopped

Directions
  1. spread the mascarpone onto the toasted bagel
  2. arrange the roast beef and rocket to make a sandwich
  3. enjoy!
