How to make it

  • Combine first 7 ingredients to make the rub
  • Rinse lamb and pat dry with paper towels
  • Rub lamb all over with a small amount of olive oil
  • Rub with salt mixture
  • Place lamb on pre-heated grill that has been coated with oil
  • Grill 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 145 for medium rare, turning once.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into chops

    Oh my Pat if anyone could present a spectacular recipe for lamb it would be you. This rub is out of this world especially cinnamon which is so lamb friendly.
    Nice and pink the way I like it.
