Grilled Rack Of Lamb

- 3/4 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/8 tsp coriander shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cardamom shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper shopping list
- 1 (1 1/2 lb) French-cut rack of lamb (8 ribs, about) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients to make the rub
- Rinse lamb and pat dry with paper towels
- Rub lamb all over with a small amount of olive oil
- Rub with salt mixture
- Place lamb on pre-heated grill that has been coated with oil
- Grill 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 145 for medium rare, turning once.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into chops

Oh my Pat if anyone could present a spectacular recipe for lamb it would be you. This rub is out of this world especially cinnamon which is so lamb friendly.
