Sweet Potato Ice Cream

SWEET POTATO ICE CREAM This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kershaw Estate in Crandall, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs separated shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 13 ounce can evaporated milk shopping list
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 3 cup cooked drained creamed sweet potatoes shopping list
- 8 cup homogenized milk shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg whites until stiff then add yolks and remaining ingredients and beat after each.
- Freeze in hand or electric freezer.
