How to make it

  • Mix all burger patty ingredients and form into burgers. You can make 6 large burgers or 8 smaller burgers. Grill.
  • Assemble burgers with desired toppings.

    Hi albys1, creole seasoning is a mix of spices. We buy either Zatarain's or Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. If you can't find it where you live, you can always make your own: 2 tablespoons onion powder;2 tablespoons garlic powder;2 tablespoons dried oregano;2 tablespoons dried basil;1 tablespoon dried thyme;1 tablespoon black pepper;1 tablespoon white pepper ;1 tablespoon cayenne pepper;5 tablespoons paprika. You can either add salt or not, just adjust the recipe accordingly. Thanks for checking out the recipe!
