Ingredients
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash-brown potatoes (about 7 1/2 cups)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions
  1. MIX soup, sour cream, butter, potatoes, onion, cheese and black pepper to taste in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Sprinkle corn flakes over potato mixture.
  2. BAKE at 350°F. for 45 min. or until hot...
