Cowboy Cope Hashbrown Casserole

- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash-brown potatoes (about 7 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup) shopping list
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups) shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes shopping list
How to make it
- MIX soup, sour cream, butter, potatoes, onion, cheese and black pepper to taste in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Sprinkle corn flakes over potato mixture.
- BAKE at 350°F. for 45 min. or until hot...

I have made this and it is fantastic! I have used french fried onions on top also instead of cornflakes.
