A great recipe I found on the internet, wonderful for Buffalo as the slow cooking keeps the moisture in. A great stick-to-your-ribs winter dish.

:-) It was originally a beef recipe but it works so well with Buffalo that I changed it up. It was surprisingly good in that it was so easy to make.
