Baked Cheese Tomatoes

- 4 large firm tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup toasted bread cubes shopping list
- 2 teaspoons basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato pulp shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then core tomatoes and scoop out pulp leaving sturdy shell.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt then combine remaining ingredients.
- Fill tomato shells with cheese mixture then bake covered for 30 minutes.
