How to make it

  • First take your shrimp and remove the tails.
  • Put Shrimp in a strainer while your removing the tails.
  • Rinse with water
  • In a saute skillet
  • add Olive oil and put on med high
  • add shrimp and garlic or garlic cloves until shrimp begin cooking
  • add two table spoons of soy sauce on shrimp
  • sprinkle pepper, cilantro leaves (just a little bit)
  • and more garlic if needed
  • saute until golden brown by tossing and turning
  • squeeze half a lemon (or less) onto the shrimp
  • serve hot on rice or with a salad. You'll be back for seconds!
