Being a diabetic. I really watch what I eat, and it is paying off. This is one of my favorite dishes that I just happen to throw together, and it is yummy~great with a side salad, your favorite veggie or rice

Ingredients
  • 15 Cocktail Shrimps
  • 1 Lemon
  • Soy Sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder (or) Garlic clove
  • Olive oil-
  • cilantro

Directions
  1. First take your shrimp and remove the tails.
  2. Put Shrimp in a strainer while your removing the tails.
  3. Rinse with water
  4. In a saute skillet
  5. add Olive oil and put on med high
  6. add shrimp and garlic or garlic cloves until shrimp begin cooking
  7. add two table spoons of soy sauce on shrimp
  8. sprinkle pepper, cilantro leaves (just a little bit)
  9. and more garlic if needed
  10. saute until golden brown by tossing and turning
  11. squeeze half a lemon (or less) onto the shrimp
  12. serve hot on rice or with a salad. You'll be back for seconds!
