Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Frozen Chopped spinach, thawed, drained.
  • 1 lb. (450g) Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch. cubes.
  • 125g (1/2 250g pkg) Brick cream Cheese, cubed.
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cppled, drained & crumbled.

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in microwaveble bowl.
  2. Microwave on High 5 min. or until Velveeta cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers & cut up veggies.
  4. *Hot dips should be discarded after sitting at Room temp. for more than 2 hours.*
