Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained. shopping list
- 1 lb. (450g) Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch. cubes. shopping list
- 125g (1/2 250g pkg) Brick cream cheese, cubed. shopping list
- 1 Cup salsa shopping list
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cppled, drained & crumbled. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in microwaveble bowl.
- Microwave on High 5 min. or until Velveeta cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.
- Serve with assorted crackers & cut up veggies.
- *Hot dips should be discarded after sitting at Room temp. for more than 2 hours.*
