Rye Bread

This is a favorite from the book-"Bread Machine Magic" by Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway.
Ingredients
- 5/8 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1 cup rye flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. molasses shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds shopping list
- 2 tsp. yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. Or use the dough cycle and let raise in pan and bake in your reg. oven.
