Lindeys Ohio Sundried Cherry and Apple Chutney

- 8 red delicious apples shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 stick butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/4 teasoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups molasses shopping list
- 1 cup walnut halves shopping list
- 1 cup sundried cherries shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Core apples and dice into 1/4 inch pieces. Store in lemon juice and water.
- Heat medium skillet. Add butter and heat til melted and sizzling.
- Drain sliced apples. Place in skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the wine. Stir.
- Add cinnamon, molasses, cherries and walnuts. Cook 2-3 minutes, or til apples are tender but NOT mushy.
- Remove from heat. Cool in a container an refridgerate. Reheating as needed for Chicken, Pork or Beef.
