Ingredients
  • 8 red delicious apples
  • lemon juice
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 teasoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups molasses
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 cup sundried cherries
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Core apples and dice into 1/4 inch pieces. Store in lemon juice and water.
  2. Heat medium skillet. Add butter and heat til melted and sizzling.
  3. Drain sliced apples. Place in skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the wine. Stir.
  5. Add cinnamon, molasses, cherries and walnuts. Cook 2-3 minutes, or til apples are tender but NOT mushy.
  6. Remove from heat. Cool in a container an refridgerate. Reheating as needed for Chicken, Pork or Beef.
