- 2 lbs hamburger shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1T. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 can cream chicken soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 - 16 oz pkg wide egg noodles, cooked and drained shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz pkg sliced cheese, any kind shopping list
- (I use shredded cheese - and don't measure) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the hamburger with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and onion. Add tomato soup. Mix the chicken soup
- With the noodles. Put the hamburger and half the noodle mixture in a 9" x 13" pan and top with cheese.
- Then put and the final layer of the noodle mixture on top of that. Put on more cheese if desired. Bake at
- 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min.
- Note: I drain the hamburger before adding the tomato soup. Also I add some oleo to the noodles after they
- Are cooked and then a little milk to the soup mixture. I think it's a little dry, but that's just me. Also, I don't put
- The last layer of cheese on until the 10 minutes or so. The cheese makes it so good, and we like cheese! **LOL**
