Zahos Sauce copycat

This is my own nearly identical version of the sauce served at Zahos restaurant in Vouliagmeni, Greece. They serve it over roasted pork and chicken and as a dip with toasted pita and even with salty french fries. Read more Once you've had it, you'll agree it's the bomb! See less
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar shopping list
- 4 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients well in blender and store, covered, in refrigerator until use.
