Strawberry and Romaine Salad

A good springtime salad.
Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, torn shopping list
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
- 1/8 cup light cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds shopping list
- 1/8 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/8 cup raspberry jam shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the dressing ingredients and chill
- Toss romaine, strawberries, and onion
- Just before serving, toss with dressing and garnish with almonds
