The noodles don't really need to be too thin, twisty noodles or farfalle (bowtie noodles) or small shells also work. Try it and see.

I'm not sure. You could try it with ramen noodles, however I wonder if the noodles would be too thin and possibly overwhelmed by all the thick creamy sauce. Let me know if you do try it. I just use the same type of noodles I put in tuna and noodles or chicken and noodles, medium size usually, that are about 1/3 to 1/2 inch wide when cooked and about 1 1/2 inches long. I've never tried it with spaghetti type or ramen type noodles.

This sounds creamy and good! Would the noodles from a package of Ramen Noodles work in this?
