How to make it

  • Wrap each banana slice with egg roll wrapper then fry in hot oil until golden.
  • Drain well and set aside.
  • Combine sugar, water and panda leaves then mix well and cook 20 minutes.
  • Add pineapple and simmer until thick then add butter and pour over rolls just before serving.
