Golden Plantain Rolls

- 6 plantain bananas peeled and sliced lengthwise into 4 pieces shopping list
- 12 pieces egg roll rapper each cut into 2 pieces shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 pieces pandan leaves shopping list
- 1 can fresh cut pineapple chunks shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Wrap each banana slice with egg roll wrapper then fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain well and set aside.
- Combine sugar, water and panda leaves then mix well and cook 20 minutes.
- Add pineapple and simmer until thick then add butter and pour over rolls just before serving.
