Crisp Onion -roasted Potatoes Recipe

Tasty onion and herb roasted potatoes. Great side dish for roasts.

Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2c olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/4c butter,melted
- 1tsp tyhme leaves(optional
- 1tsp marjoram leaves(optional)
- 1/4tsp pepper
- 2lbs potatoes,cut in quarters
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In shallow baking pan,thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
- Roast,stirring occasionally,60 mins. or till potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.
