Pineapple Pork Skewers

                    - 1/4 pork loin shopping list
 - 1 fresh pineapple or 1 can pineapple shopping list
 - variety of color bell peppers shopping list
 - 1 Lg onion shopping list
 - bottle kikkoman teriyaki baste shopping list
 - 8 skewers shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Soak skewers in water for 15 minutes. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes. If using fresh pineapple cut into 1 inch squares, slice bell peppers and onions into one inch squares. Put all items on skewers, alternating each item. Place on a hot grill and baste every time they are turned. Turn frequently aprox 30 minutes cook time. Serve with broccoli and Puerto Rican rice.
