Botticellis Salad Dressing

Another goodie out of my much beloved cookbook, "Dining with Diane - The Austin Restaurant Cookbook." It's so yummy I just sat with a few breadsticks and ate it as a dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- 1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce; (1 tablespoon) shopping list
- dash Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- freshly cracked black pepper; to taste shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except the olive oil.
- While blending mixture with a beater, slowly add olive oil until oil is incorporated.
- Makes about 3 1/2 cups dressing.
