Korean Beef Recipe

Korean Beef Recipe
Another recipe from my friend's Korean wife. This is a great marinade and works equally well on pork and chicken. The meat can be eaten all by itself or piled on a bun with your favorite dressings.

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 bunch green onions sliced thin
  • 1 serrano or jalapeno sliced thin
  • 1 teas black pepper
  • 1/2 teas red pepper
  • 2 T honey

Directions
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together
  2. Add the beef and marinade overnight.
  3. Grill the beef on a hot grill. It only take a minute or so per side. Don't over cok
  4. This meat is very tender and make great eating all by itself. It is also good piled on a bun. Try using the marinade with chicken breasts or pork chops. Grill those too.
