Beef Pot Pie

This easy to make dish is a crowd pleaser and is generally easy to make. It is a great dish to make ahead of time and works wonderfully for leftovers!
Ingredients
- 1 package of stew meat shopping list
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes shopping list
- 1 package mixed frozen veggies (carrots, green beans, peas) shopping list
- 3 cups beef stock shopping list
- 2 packages brown gravy mix shopping list
- 1 package pie crust (enough for upper and lower pie crust) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut stew meat into bit size pieces
- Brown in oil and garlic
- Dice potatoes
- Add potatoes to meat and cook until potatoes are almost done
- In seperate bowl, combine beef stock and gravy, mix until blended
- Add beef stock and gravy mix to potato and meat, bring to a boil
- Pour into a large 11 x 13 inch cake pan, add frozen veggies
- Cover entire mixture with both pie crusts
- Bake until potatoes and veggies are done and crust is golden brown
- Sauce will thicken as it stands
