This easy to make dish is a crowd pleaser and is generally easy to make. It is a great dish to make ahead of time and works wonderfully for leftovers!

Ingredients
  • 1 package of stew meat
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 package mixed frozen veggies (carrots, green beans, peas)
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 2 packages brown gravy mix
  • 1 package pie crust (enough for upper and lower pie crust)

Directions
  1. Cut stew meat into bit size pieces
  2. Brown in oil and garlic
  3. Dice potatoes
  4. Add potatoes to meat and cook until potatoes are almost done
  5. In seperate bowl, combine beef stock and gravy, mix until blended
  6. Add beef stock and gravy mix to potato and meat, bring to a boil
  7. Pour into a large 11 x 13 inch cake pan, add frozen veggies
  8. Cover entire mixture with both pie crusts
  9. Bake until potatoes and veggies are done and crust is golden brown
  10. Sauce will thicken as it stands
