Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut stew meat into bit size pieces
  • Brown in oil and garlic
  • Dice potatoes
  • Add potatoes to meat and cook until potatoes are almost done
  • In seperate bowl, combine beef stock and gravy, mix until blended
  • Add beef stock and gravy mix to potato and meat, bring to a boil
  • Pour into a large 11 x 13 inch cake pan, add frozen veggies
  • Cover entire mixture with both pie crusts
  • Bake until potatoes and veggies are done and crust is golden brown
  • Sauce will thicken as it stands
Brown meat   Close
Dice potatoes   Close
Cook potatoes and meat   Close
Combine meat, potato & gravy mixutre with veggies   Close
Cover with pie crust & bake   Close
