How to make it

  • Combine gelatin, sugar and water in saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Place yogurt in bowl then gradually add strawberry concentrate.
  • Stir in gelatin mixture until smooth.
  • In separate bowl make up whipped cream per directions.
  • Combine with strawberry mixture then add preserves and chill until firm.
  • Turn onto crust and garnish with toasted coconut.
