Strawberry Yogurt Chiffon Pie

- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 12 packets equal shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
- 6 ounce can frozen strawberry daiquiri concentrate thawed shopping list
- 12 ounces strawberry preserves shopping list
- 1 envelope whipped cream shopping list
- 1 graham cracker pie shell shopping list
- toasted unsweetened coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Combine gelatin, sugar and water in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved.
- Place yogurt in bowl then gradually add strawberry concentrate.
- Stir in gelatin mixture until smooth.
- In separate bowl make up whipped cream per directions.
- Combine with strawberry mixture then add preserves and chill until firm.
- Turn onto crust and garnish with toasted coconut.
