Gigis quick nutritional spaghetti

- 2 cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can roasted garlic tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 can black beans shopping list
- 1 can white corn shopping list
- 1 can white creamed corn shopping list
- 2 lbs hamburger meat shopping list
- 1 small can olives shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- season salt shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- Wheat pasta, whatever noodle you like shopping list
- 1 pkg shredded chedder cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown hamburger meat with season salt and garlic powder. Wash excess fat off return to burner
- Sprinkle generously with season salt and garlic powder and add the rest of the canned ingredients.
- Add brown sugar, let cook med about 15 - 20 min
- In another pot prepare your pasta per the instructions on the box, drain.
- On a plate put about 1 cup of pasta, cover with the hamburger mixture, sprinkle with cheese and serve!
- WAAALAA! Veggies, meat, bread :))
