we love zucchini at our house and this is a simple way to fix appetizers.

Ingredients
  • zucchini appetizers
  • 3 cup thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2T.parsley
  • 1/2 t. oregano
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 and grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan.
  3. Bake minutes til golden brown. (approx. 15 minutes.)
