This is one of the easiest things I make and is always a favorite. Very good and filling.

Ingredients
  • 1lb. Ground beef (or Turkey Burger)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked Egg Noodles
  • 1 can Green Beans
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes

Directions
  1. Brown meat while cooking noodles as directed
  2. Add pepper flakes to burger
  3. Mix flour and sour cream in med. bowl
  4. When burger is cooked through, add Soup Mix and water
  5. Stir and bring to a boil
  6. Reduce to simmer for 5-10min
  7. Stir in Sour Cream Mix and cooked noodles
  8. ...Yum...
