I was bored one mornig and wanted something different. This is what I came up with.

Ingredients
  • 1/4c.crab, imitation works
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 T capers
  • param. cheese
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • butter, enough to coat bottem of pan
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. break up crab, chop onions and capers. set aside. beat eggs. I omlet pan or other nonstick pan melt butter. pour in egg and top with crab, onions, and capers. when almost set sprinkle with cheese slide on to plate 1/2 way and flip.
  2. salt and pepper to taste
