How to make it

  • break up crab, chop onions and capers. set aside. beat eggs. I omlet pan or other nonstick pan melt butter. pour in egg and top with crab, onions, and capers. when almost set sprinkle with cheese slide on to plate 1/2 way and flip.
  • salt and pepper to taste
