Ingredients
  • 3 C SELF RISING FLOUR
  • 2 1/2 C SUGAR
  • 8-10 TBS BAKING COCOA
  • 3 tsp VANILLA
  • 3/4 C OIL
  • 2 C WATER

Directions
  1. IN A LARGE BOWL ADD ALL INGREDIENTS & MIX WELL WITH WIRE WISK.
  2. DO NOT USE MIXER!!
  3. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 30- 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL INSERTED TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN
