Hot Ginger Peanut Butter Dip

- 2- teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- 8- medium green onions sliced shopping list
- 2- teapoons finely chopped gingerroot shopping list
- 2 - cloves of garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2- cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 - cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1- tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon cround red pepper ( cayenne) shopping list
- 1- ( 8 ounce) package of cream cheese ( softened) shopping list
- assorted raw veggies and chicken nuggets or tenders and crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat-high heat ................
- cook onions, gingerroot, and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring frequently under tender...........................
- stir in remaining ingredients except veggies
- cook about 2 minutes , stirring constantly, until hot
- serve dip hot with veggies crackers and bread chunks and chiken tenders
- serves 10- 12
- note ........if the dip thickens up to much you add a few tablespoons of the chicken broth to it !!

This sounds fantastic. I adore gingery, peanutty dressings and dips. I'm going to make this will a light vegetable broth in place of the chicken broth -- that should be okay, right? (i don't eat chicken, which is why i am asking)
