How to make it

  • Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat-high heat ................
  • cook onions, gingerroot, and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring frequently under tender...........................
  • stir in remaining ingredients except veggies
  • cook about 2 minutes , stirring constantly, until hot
  • serve dip hot with veggies crackers and bread chunks and chiken tenders
  • serves 10- 12
  • note ........if the dip thickens up to much you add a few tablespoons of the chicken broth to it !!

    This sounds fantastic. I adore gingery, peanutty dressings and dips. I'm going to make this will a light vegetable broth in place of the chicken broth -- that should be okay, right? (i don't eat chicken, which is why i am asking)

    I bet this would be good with shrimp and veggie skewers! I'll give it a go tomorrow evening and let you know how i like it. :) (i've already got a perfect asian slaw in mind to go with it all... yum!)
