Spam Corn Pudding Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 300.
  • In Large skillet, saute' spam, pepper and onion in butter.
  • In large bowl; beat eggs.
  • Stir in milk, flour, sugar and black pepper.
  • Add spam mixture and corn.
  • Pour into greased 12x8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake 1 hour and ten minutes til or until set.
