We often have these when we have a cookout or party. They are easy and can be used as an appetizer or as a sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs burger
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 3 T. minced onions
  • 1 tsp. horseradish sauce
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • butter
  • sauce:
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 T. minced onions
  • 4 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 drops Tabasco
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Meatballs: mix all ingredients shape into 3/4" balls brown with the butter in frying pan place in slow cooker.
  2. Sauce: mix all ingredients together pour over meatballs in slow cooker cover cook on low for 5 hrs.
