Glazed Roasted St Paddys Day Corned Beef

- 4 pounds corned beef brisket shopping list
- whole cloves shopping list
- 1/2 cup mustard shopping list
- 5 tablespoons dark brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Prehear oven to 350. Place meat fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan. Cover with foil and roast for 2 1/2 hours.
- Combine mustard and brown sugar. Remove meat from the oven, and score diamonds through the fat. Stud with cloves as you would a ham and spread 1/2 of the glaze over top. Retuirn to oven and roast an additional 30-45 minutes, basting with remaining glaze after 20 minutes. Baste with pan juices.
- Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Slice meat across grain and serve.
