Turkey instead of beef.......we are on a diet and wanted pasta and meatballs.........so wah....lah...

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • dash garlic salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash red pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)

Directions
  1. Mix all of the above ingredients.
  2. Form into meatballs.
  3. Fry in pan. I didn't use any olive oil but you can
  4. Cook until browned(done)
  5. Makes about 13 medium sized meatballs
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce and/or pasta.
  7. I served this with whole wheat pasta..............
  8. Add a salad.............great!!!
