How to make it

  • Brown and then drain ground beef with 1/2 the diced onion and season salt and pepper to taste.
  • At same time your browning meat, fry diced potatoes in oil with other 1/2 onion add season salt, salt and pepper, until tender.
  • Drain oil off potatoes.
  • Mix drained ground beef mixture with potatoes.
  • Cook gravy by using directions on package.
  • Mix Gravy with potato and beef mixture.
  • Serve warm.
